So... I slept really great here. The cabin was clean, quiet, and comfortable enough for a relaxing stay.

I found the site easy enough to use and didn’t have much trouble checking ferry times or prices. The booking went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up quickly too. A couple of pages did load a bit slowly on my phone, and I had to poke around for a minute to figure out how to change details. THEN SUDDENLY I WAS ANNOYED. But once I got past that, it all worked well and I’d probably use it again.

It took a little while. But they did fix the problem. Not the fastest, but it was handled...

The toilets were clean every time I went in, with plenty of paper and no bad smell, which makes a trip so much less stressful. My kids were even okay using them, and that’s usually a good sign. Based on this ride, I’d assume they do a good job keeping things tidy on board in general...

I wasn’t planning to get much, but I figured I’d grab a coffee and sandwich since I was already there, and I’m glad I did. The coffee was nice, and the sandwich tasted really fresh. No regrets at all

Parking on the ferry was simpler than I expected too, with plenty of space around the car. For me, it made the start of the trip feel nice and stress-free.

I took the ferry with my dog last weekend, and overall it went okay. We got there about an hour before departure, but check-in took longer than I expected, which was a bit stressful with my dog getting restless. Once we were on board, the staff were friendly enough and helpful when I asked a question, but the pet area felt basic. I also had to wander around for a few minutes because the signs weren’t very clear. By the end of the trip, everything was fine and my dog handled it well, but I did feel like the setup for pets could be improved. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I mean, we departed on time and everything was good. No complaints from me.

The staff were helpful with wheelchair access. I think I just showed up at a bad time when they were busy, so things took a little longer than expected, but they still did their best to help.
